New Electro Videos from Brodinski, Joakim, More
Here’s the latest in electro vids, running the gamut from established dance-floor titans like Brodinski, tireless inventors like Joakim, to up-and-coming acts like Husbands (from Marseille) and No Money Kids.
HUSBANDS “Let Me Down”
Here’s the new Husbands music video, once again directed by the super talented Cauboyz. The ‘Let Me Down’ video sees these boys from Marseille oscillating in a psychedelic 80s Macintosh era. A ripe new take on electro-pop music that doesn’t skimp on either inventiveness or catchiness. Take a listen:

NO MONEY KIDS “Man”
Gritty blues meets haute-couture electronics for a high-energy cinematic result in No Money Kids whose debut EP recently dropped and have an LP in the works for 2015. Click the video for some bad-ass black-and-white ethos and unadorned songwriting.

Joakim “This is My Life”
Very interesting, both musically and visually, this new sonic retrospective from the unclassifiable and self-reinventive Joakim debuted on Vice’s Thump. See the original article here
Says the Tigersushi founder:
“Kindness asked me to send the streams of that song when the album was still being finished. So I did. A few days/weeks later, he came back with a surprise remix and suggested that he would send me what he’s been working on (the session) so that I could also take it from there and do another collaboration remix under our duo moniker “Everyone”. So there you go. This is my life.”

BRODINSKI Feat. SD – “Can’t Help Myself”
Check out this first single taken from one of France’s dance music champions, Brodinski of Bromance records, to be released on his forthcoming album due out in early 2015. The video is directed by Megaforce, and the song features SD. You can really hear the strong influence of the hip hop scene on Brodinski’s sound in this one. Hypnotizing, to say the least. Brodinski plays several shows in the US this December, details on his France Rocks page here
