It’s impossible for Indila to put on a finger on the exact fateful day when music became a revelation. From Michael Jackson to Jacques Brel, passing through Ismaël Lô, Warda or Lata Mangeshka, a famous Indian singer from the 40s, the eclectic influences of this young Parisian reflect a profound taste for the power of emotions. It’s in 2010 that the young artist was discovered by the public, participating in numerous collaborations with artists from the urban scene. But the real turning point in her career was her collaboration with Youssoupha (the track ‘Dreamin’ has generated 16 million views on YouTube). Then Indila signed with Capitol Records in 2013 and released her debut album ‘Mini World’ in February 2014 in Europe.
