Le Couleur

Le Couleur, a trio that, as per Brooklyn Vegan “take elements of disco, electro and francophone styles, add a bit of glitter and voila: an appealing, danceable sound” will play a show with Beat Market on February 24th at Pianos in New York City.

With the sweet sound of Laurence Giroux-Do’s French-sung vocals flying over the trio’s analog synth sounds, Le Couleur is back in full force.

After experiencing critical success in several countries with 2013’s Voyage Love EP, they followed that release with worldwide touring in 2014. The Canadian trio has now confirmed select dates for February 2015, including one in New York City the week following the release of their upcoming EP, Dolce Désir.

The EP is currently available for pre-order over at iTunes, and will be for sale digitally in North America on February 17 via Lisbon Lux Records. Vinyl and CD versions will be available through the Lisbon Lux webstore.
